Contact Our Extradition Lawyers in Bangkok

Extradition and arrest matters are time sensitive. The earlier a lawyer is involved, the more options remain open. Contact Herrera and Partners for a confidential consultation about an extradition request, an Interpol notice, a deportation order or an arrest in Thailand.

Send Us a Message

Tell us what you can. If someone is currently in custody, include their full name, nationality and where they are being held. Sending this form does not create a lawyer and client relationship, and you should not include sensitive details you would not want transmitted by email until an engagement is in place.

If Someone Has Just Been Arrested

  1. Ask for a lawyer, and ask for an interpreter if you do not fully understand the language being used.
  2. Do not sign anything, even if a translation is offered, until a lawyer has reviewed it.
  3. Do not give a statement or answer questions about the alleged offence before speaking to counsel.
  4. Note the police station, the arresting unit and the time of arrest, and pass these details to us.
  5. Contact your embassy or consulate, and contact us at +66 2 254 5600.
